  In the drive through, I ordered a large soda. When i got to the window, the attendant gave me the total of $4 and change. She left with the money and after a while returned, handed me $3 and said I owe you two dollars. I said, you owe me $2, yes, I will owe you. I was in shock and left. I NEVER ever give bad google reviews. I believe you should give the management a chance to fix the issue first and not post negative reviews. Unfortunately, when I tried to find a phone number for the local Sonic, I did not find anything to reach out. Since my review, I have heard from no one. Unfortunately, I won't ever go back.

  I went through the drive-thru and ordered two Buffalo Chicken Wraps. The cost was $4.31 and I paid with $20 bill. I was given $15.28 change instead $15.69. The cashier said they were out of change, so she decided to shortchange me .41 cents. I explained you don't charge the customer more but round up the change to the dollar. She looked stunned. I added a picture of the food. I think they were also out of chicken. This place is terrible.

  This place is a joke just like my birthday (i was born on April first ) anyways the ice machine is either broken or out of ice cream like the whole purpose of me going to sonic is to GET DAMN ICE CREAM!!! 😡😡😡😤😤😤😤. The employees are not clean at all 😤 the service is slow and sometimes the employees never answer the window at all LIKE WHAT THE HELL I JUST WANT FOOD DO UR DAMN JOB 😤

  Weather you go to a restaurant at 2:00 or 10:00 you should get the same quality. Went there at 10:15pm and order a burger and tots with cheese. All the food was luke warm and the tots tasted like they'd been out for hours. Worst 16.00 I've ever spent
