  Terrible service. Never answers their phone, and honestly quite rude. Food tasted like it was old, and was cold.

  Horrible customer service horrible food horrible everything. They take forever too. Not sure how a fast food chain can even be this bad. They need to close.

  Regular Sonic customer (Diet Coke junkie) who just moved from Houston to Boerne. This location has VERY slow service. Fountain drinks are questionable at best (last time I went the styrofoam cups smelled like dirt). 🥴

  I was a bit concerned about the cleanliness during my visit. The carhop who brought my food to my vehicle had visible dirt under her fingernails, which unfortunately affected my appetite and made me lose interest in eating my meal.

  Sent my husband through the drive-through to get food and he made it all the way home not thinking to check the bag. All of my food was missing drink included. Him and I proceeded to call a total of approximately 15 times, to which someone would answer the phone and hang up everytime.
