  Asked for the largest size they got me a large, asked for a new York style they gave me a different persons pizza with the label of myself, I kept saying excuse me they kept side eyeing me and continuing with their conversations and also they were on their phones just ignoring me ever since the nice lady left this restaurant has became a place for rehabs could give 0 stars if I could.

  Beautifully appointed, gorgeous interior, friendly and courteous staff. The aroma of roasting tomatoes mingled with spices and cheese is exceptional, combined with the smell of fresh baked bread keeps us coming back.

  I placed a future delivery order for a pizza tonight, for a group of very hungry individuals. 10 minutes after the expected delivery time, I called to ask the status of the delivery. They said they were running a few minutes late but that it would be there within 10 to 15 minutes. I asked if I could get a discount or some kind of refund for the delay, which I thought to be a fairly reasonable request considering that I'd ordered a couple of hours in advance. They transferred me to the manager, who sarcastically remarked, "Oh, sure! Would you like me to just tell my driver to turn around?!" Done. So that's what it came to. And I will never try this Papa John's location again. Shameful customer service. The employee was very nice, but the manager was unacceptably rude.
