  On 9-2-26 I ordered a $4 breakfast value meal thru the drive thru. I pulled up to the window that said pay here. I gave the worker my card, he processed it a handed it back with a receipt. I then pulled up to the next window and the worker Started to hand me a coffee and orange juice. I said that's not mine. He said ok and looked around and said oh you had the diet coke and McMuffin meal. Yes I said. I should have looked at my receipt sooner because later I did a was changed $16. 50 something for a $4 dollar value meal. Check your receipts. I learned a lesson today.

  The food is fine, the reason for my review is because out of every McDonald's that I have contacted in search of a specific toy for my child, this is the only location in a 30 mi radius that would not help me, they would let my call go straight to voicemail every location has graciously picked up the phone and assisted me, I have not spoken to them really I have not called them more than once a day, so I'm forced to give them a one-star for customer service, I would give them zero Stars if I could

  This is the second time I have been at this location and they made my only mayo hamburger wrong and when they said they would fix it brought out the same wrong burger! This is very frustrating as I asked them to correct it and instead just brought out the same wrong product.

  Drive through service unfortunately always gets the order wrong. Ordered a fish sandwich meal and got a Big Mac sandwich only. And got a water bottle in the meal on a charge up but never got the water.

  i ordered a milkshake then threw the receipt away and went to the bathroom and after around 30min they never gave me my milkshake so i went up to the counter and asked and they wouldnt give me it unless i had my receipt AND i didn’t get my money back. very bad customer service
