  Sunday afternoon struggling today. The crml frappe was disgusting. Seemed all caramel and tasted like scorched caramel at that. The granddaughter's chicken nuggets were hard as a rock. My burger, no pickles and onions please was loaded. No napkins with the order. One guy didn't get his drink, another asking for napkins not received and as I write another asking for a manager. Dang! Most of our order went in the trash.

  Curbside pickup failed so I needed to go inside. Was treated rudely, my order was dropped on the counter and the server turned his back and walked away as I was speaking.

  While picking up my cofee this morning, I received some beautiful compliments from the drive threw employees! Thank yall for the sweet start to my day!

  Second time in a month that our order was wrong. Ordered two baskets of fries and only got one. Same thing as before. We are told to contact DoorDash but that doesn't solve my missing order. I have to file with DoorDash, whch isn't easy. So annoying!

  Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese McGriddle meals and when we got home, we realized we received one egg McMuffin. The hash browns and OJ were there, but only one sandwich. Why would these meal items not come with a sandwich? It was not a busy time either. This cost more than $20 and we were left hungry. It was a long drive to get to this McDonalds and it was not worth it to go back. Severely disappointed.
