  HEB Pharmacy I wanted to send a shout out to Mo who is a pharmacy tech at the HEB Fair Oaks. I recently needed a prescription transferred to HEB because my original pharmacy had the medication on back order and I was completely out my medication. The pharmacy is ALWAYS busy at Fair Oaks, but Mo went above and beyond to help me with this transfer in an efficient and courteous manner. We're lucky to have Mo at HEB Fair Oaks!

  I've been in central Texas for 32 years and just went grocery shopping in California. HEB IS THE BEST, DON'T TAKE IT FOR GRANTED!

  I’ve come into this HEB many times to use the Pokemon vending machine, just to have HEB employees completely buy out the entire stock right in front of me. I think that’s absolutely ridiculous and incredibly embarrassing that you can’t even get your employees to not clear out the machine while they’re on their break. I’ve talked to managers here and their excuse is “we can’t do anything about it”. I worked at HEB before. You guys can make sure people come back 15 mins from their break on the dot, but can’t make sure your own employees don’t clear out the machine for actual customers in the store. Ridiculous.

  Strike THREE for the HEB curb side shopper staff and their managers and trainers. Why would they think that we would ask for NASTY ROTTEN produce on our list? Third time is NOT a charm with us. We are done.

  It's HEB. What else do I need to say? 🤷‍♀️ Ok. Just that the Serrano peppers are by the tomatoes for some odd reason. 🍅 Everything there is usually stocked, staff is always friendly and willing to help. 😊👍
