  Every time I come to this H-E-B, the aisles are blocked by employees stocking shelves or handling curbside orders. It’s frustrating because they can clearly see customers trying to get through, yet shoppers are left having to turn around or wait. Having worked in stocking before, it’s basic common sense and customer service to keep aisles accessible. This ongoing issue makes shopping here more difficult than it should be.

  HEB corporate project managers earn HUGE salaries to plan, execute, and implement beautiful trees and plants that are supposed to contribute to the store and neighborhood aesthetic. Yet, no matter which new HEB you visit, this is ALWAYS a project failure point. That said, this location earns 1st prize for attempting to kill as many trees as possible inside of one year of its grand opening. So sad to see so many beautiful mexican sycamores, live oaks and acacia trees that were lovingly grown and cared for (for years), only to have some careless employee lack the mindfulness to follow-through on what should be a very simple task. For the love of God, loosen the straps on ALL the trees, they are dying!!!

  This store was great when it first opened, it was so much closer and easier to get to than the Leon Springs location. However since they opened about 2 years ago, they have cut almost every grocery item that I buy from the shelves, and they continue cutting more and more every time I go there. So I have almost no reason to shop here anymore. The great location to me is completely defeated, I have to go to the leon Springs location because they still sell everything I buy and hopefully will continue to do so.
