  As noted- the store and staff are nice. BUT, if you can’t find something you’re out of luck. Pull out your phone and ask for that store- the site gives you 3 options- select the one you asked for… BUTT the page shows you another store over 3 hours away. If you then put in your zip code you can either sign in or the only other options are to leave the store and get delivery or pickup. Also, if you’re coming from the east prepare for a very rough ride on DE; where monitoring speed must be one of the town’s only ways to support itself.

  I live in a nearby town but saw the HEB near I-10. I needed a few items that were not available in my local HEB. The CSR's were readily available and were able to check availability from the aisle. I did not, for a moment sense any irritation from anyone in the store. They answered my questions quickly and accurately. Moreover they appeared to genuinely want to help me. This makes HEB stores, regardless of location, my preferred retail grocer. A customer friendly atmosphere, high quality "house brand" products and excellent prices. I will always drive past others to shop HEB
