I have no straws for the multiple drinks I ordered that have straw lids, not a lid I can sip out of. My bagel, a simple bagel toasted with cream cheese. Not toasted and barely any cream cheese. I don’t understand how this is the only Dunkin I’ve ever encountered to provide such a poor experience, every time, without fail. I’ve had the drive through door closed on me after telling me to have a good day as I stare at my coffee on the other side of the glass. It’s never an off day, they just can’t ever get it right.

Then I was told they were out of kolaches, but wasn’t told at the window. They also stated they don’t sell soda, but it is clearly on the website. Skip this location. The young adults in there do not care about customer service. Waste of time and money.

How hard is it to make a simple iced coffee with cream and sugar? The coffee just about everytime I’ve been tastes burnt or like they have no idea how to brew it correctly. Dunkin is my fave place to stop for my morning coffee and this one is so incredibly disappointing everytime I take the time to drive the extra 15 mins outta the way to go to the dominion location. If you rely on your morning coffee to start your day…DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
