  My very first Chipotle experience and I couldn’t have been more disappointed. I left the restaurant with a headache after waiting 40+ mins standing in line meanwhile the whole time I was knocking into people who were trying to eat at the awkwardly placed dining tables. There isn’t enough room for dining + a long line, so it’s a painfully awkward mix of both. Very uncomfortable, but I really wanted to give the food a try. When we finally got to the front of the line, they had ran out of all rice and beans. I thought those items were the standard base to these bowls and burritos, so I said I’d wait, but the guy taking my order was pushing me to order and said he’d put those items on top of my bowl later when stuff finished cooking. So, my bowl was built completely upside down, which I didn’t mind initially until I bit into the rice and it was completely raw. Then our chips were stale. Then our guacamole was brown. Just one bad thing after another. This location isn’t suffering from growing pains, it’s suffering from being horribly planned and poorly ran. I want my money back!

  This location has been open less than a week. Within 15 minutes of opening there are 30+ people in line already. The customers complaining are entitled, unforgiving, and overly judgmental. I saw 9 employees working their butts off, being kind and considerate with a high degree of customer service. The food is chipotle, same as any other: good reliable and tasty. Staff was exceptional. Dealing with waaay to many customers and learning their job at the same time. People, have some respect and patience. I enjoyed my experience the food was cooked and put together well. I will be going back. Your staff deserve a bit of praise.

  Horrifically dirty. Not a single place to sit down that wasn’t covered in trash and food. Trash cans overflowing. The kitchen looked disgusting and the line was COVERED in food. My son’s guacamole had chunks of avocado skin in it as well. Portions were poor at best. Was excited to have a chipotle in Boerne, but won’t be going back anytime soon until they can get it together with the basics of cleanliness. The dining room was also packed with people waiting on to go orders. Would not plan on using the drive thru or doing an online order anytime soon

  2nd time here and first was on opening day. Meal was very overpriced for the portions they are giving out. I understand yall are very busy but when you charge as much as you do to get a measly few pieces of chicken and not even a half a scoop of beans or rice then it’s very unfair. I asked for extra chicken because of how small the amount was and was given less than half a scoop extra and still charged for it.

  I go to Chipotle all the time and never spend this much on my meal. I asked the staff why is my meal costing so much I get the same thing at every chipotle and this is the most it has been. They told me the price is different at every chipotle. I looked at my receipt and they charged for “extra steak”. I did not ask for extra steak. I told the person they didn’t put enough steak, like barely a partial scoop and I just wanted a normal amount. I did not want an extra steak. The cashiers did not seem to want to help when I brought this up. Completely unhappy and had very high hopes as a fellow business owner in Boerne for almost the past decade. Very very pumped. Now very let down for being over charged and no one willing to hear me out. And I still didn’t get much steak. I’m not one to leave a bad review as I own my own business but this really frustrates me.
