  Extremely disappointed with this location. I picked up a mobile order after waiting 30 minutes in line past the "ready" time, and the food was cold. When I asked for a refund at the window, I was told none could be issued. I called corporate, who first offered only a free drink, then agreed to refund me after I pushed back, then after another 25 minutes on hold. I never actually received that refund and had to dispute the $16 charge through my bank to get my money back. This isn't about one cold burrito. It's about a company that promises to make things right and then doesn't follow through. I won't be using Chipotle again, and I'll be sharing this experience with friends and family so they can make an informed choice too.

  This Chipotle is garbage, do not go here. Whoever is in charge of this place needs to seriously reconsider their life choices. Ordered 1 chicken burrito through the app at 12:37 to be ready at 12:50. It is now 1:28 (that's 51 minutes in case someone who works here is reading this and needs some help), I'm still sitting in the pickup line and by the looks of it will still be here after 1:37 comes and goes. Over 1 hour??? This place is a joke!!!

  This location is a joke! There was about 5 people ahead of me and it seemed like the worker was deliberately taking his time and the cashier seemed distracted and focused on other issues other than clearing the line or assisting the line staff. Where is the team work? Waited almost 25 minutes just to pay for my food!! That’s ridiculous. Lastly this location seems to avoid honoring promotional app incentives. I’ve never had this issue at any other location, so it’ll be my first and last time. Get better management.

  Ordered online for pick-up, it prompted me to get a free side of guacamole. I selected it - it’s on my receipt. They don’t give it to me, I go in side to ask for it and they see it on my receipt on my phone and straight up refused to give it to me. The manager included. I usually wouldn’t care, but this is not even the first time it’s happened. They also had my order ready 20 minutes before it was supposed to be picked up- which is kind of odd. Won’t come back.

  So disappointing, my food was ordered to be ready at 4, was in the drive-thru forever no one was moving for over 15 mins. finally got to the window my bowl was a burrito i let them know and they told me they would throw it in a bowl if i wanted and not remake it i just took the burrito and called it a day. i got home (5min drive) all of my food was ice cold like they had it in a fridge. actually one of the worst service which sucks because i love chipotle but this location is plumitting the brand. i refuse to go back there i should have seen all the reviews before i went. after seeing all the reviews im not surprised at the quality.
