  So I just left DQ in Bloomington,Tx and I must say that I am VERY disappointed in the quality of service, and friendliness in which there was NONE. I ordered a small blizzard and was given a cup of MELTED soft serve that was so watered down that it was pouring all out of the cup and down the sides of it. Not to mention that due to their lack of attention...they didn't flip the blizzard before giving it to me which I don't see how they can without it pouring all over the floor like it did my hand when I held it...it was shoved across the counter to me and a" thank you", nor was a "hello" even said when I walked in. I wouldn't even serve a dog melted ice cream like I was given. And when I asked for a lid the girl had an attitude. I WILL NOT return to this location again to get served a cup of cold SOUP!

  The day time manager is rude on the headset definitely don’t like her job, go in all the time because it’s the only place here and everyone usually has a attitude except for 2 employees the girl with the white hair and another one I can’t remember when they work things usually go smoothly just need to improve other employees attitude!!
