It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- CBCathy Lynn BlueApr 14, 20261.0This is the 2nd time Whataburger in Big Springs Texas has messed up my order 1st time with mustard lettuce on it today I order from my app I pulled up called them to tell them I was in curbside 4 she told me didn't have my order told me to come in so I did showed on my app my email where it was confirmed team member kept arguing with me I said how did this happen then well I don't know re order it I said no it's already been charged well call them to argue with them we need you to leave I said I want to talk to manager I am the manager and I did tell her you're not a good one the way you treat people I will never go to the Whataburger in Big Spring again I'll go in abilene or Odessa my nane Cathy Blue also the manager was very rude ive worked in food service and retail you don't need to be rude to a customer that's who really pays you're salary I'm not the only one in Big Spring who has issues with this whataburger maybe the district manager or ceo needs to see what's going on
