Early today, at around 12:45 PM, wasn't any different at the drive-thru, where I got three 1-gallon water jugs refilled with RO water. After paying out, I realized that I had been overcharged for the refills. Upon questioning the drive-thru team member about this, as he handed me the water filled jugs, he was apologetic about his mistake and attentive in helping to get it corrected. I went inside and was quickly issued a refund. If I owned a business, or was the general manager of one, your drive-thru team member, as well as all the team members who were present at the time, are the type of people I would want on my team.
