  Says they open at 4am. Here we are past 4am still not open. When I ran a coffee shop we had to be fully set to open no later than 15 mins early not just starting at open. I stopped on my way to my destination hoping to get my kids breakfast and couldn't.

  I must have had different employees help me today because they were perfect. Desti helped me with my request - which wasn't easy because I don't go to Dunkin often and don't remember what specific drink I've gotten in the past. After I explained what I wanted, she confirmed what I had in mind. Danny came out of the kitchen to help her (great team work, by the way) and put in his 2 cents. Bottom line, both employees cared enough about my satisfaction to make me the perfect drink. If that's not a great example of what customer service should be, I don't know what is! Thank you for starting my day with sunshine.

  Visited the location at 1801 NW 12th Streetin big springs Texas inside the loves and arrived a little late . I attempted to make a purchase and it didn’t happen. I stuck around conversing with 2 employees and it was playful and joking but the young lady repeatedly called me sis and said I don’t know what’s wrong with this girl. I’m clearly a man. I was born a man, I have a beard and mustache and only ever identified as a man I corrected her the first time but she continued and I found that to be very disrespectful. She was playful about it but please teach your workers that there’s a way to be funny without being disrespectful!
