I ordered two belt busters with cheese and bacon at 12:00. The drive thru cashier was really rude and I know it’s normal to pull up and wait but after 10 minutes of waiting I decided to go inside. I asked them about my order and they said it was not done yet. The inside of the restaurant was nasty and not clean. I almost canceled my order but starvation and the fact that it’s lunch rush everywhere I waited. I got my food and both burgers had no cheese or bacon and the fries were cold. I asked them to make it right and the second time they messed it up again. They were already mad I told them to fix it again and the third time while they were working on it I had to return to location so I grabbed the food and prayed it was right. WRONG WRONG WRONG!!!! No this time the burger has no cheese or bacon again. The fries felt like they went into the grease for about 20 seconds. My location is only 5 minutes away. I was starving and I bit into the burger and my friend started eating his. About 5 seconds in we just wrapped it up and threw it away. I bit into a black hair and the burger tasted like a bag of salt. Idk if the grill was cleaned or what happened but I highly suggest until new management and staff is working their save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I hate to write this because the Dairy Queen’s back home are good and nothing like this. I hope their corporate see’s this and tries to make it right so people can enjoy the food their. It’s not five star but it is a classic.

Stopped here driving through. Put my order in at 7:32 PM, by 8:12 I still didnt have an order and decided to ask for a refund, which I was given without a problem. Saw many others standing around the register so I assume many customers were having the same problem. I should've checked the reviews first, but didnt think I would need to for a dairy queen.

I don't think this place currently deserves 2 stars. We had a good experience. Julie was fantastic. The food came out fast and was hot. The dining area was clean as were the bathrooms. Overall not a bad fast food experience.

I visited Dairy Queen on 02/22/2026 around 7:30 PM with my grandparents. We all ordered crispy chicken salads, something we used to order often years ago and now go to DQ every now and then I’ve never had a problem at other locations.
When we received our food, the salads were served in taco shells, which immediately seemed incorrect. I politely told the employee who handed us the food (I believe her name was Ana, though I’m not 100% sure) that our order might be wrong and explained that I had never received a chicken salad like this before. She told me it was the “new version” of the chicken salad and walked away.
As I continued eating, I noticed beans at the bottom, which made no sense. After looking it up later, I confirmed this is not a new version of a chicken salad. It felt like she simply didn’t want to correct the order. I then checked my grandfather’s salad and realized his didn’t even have chicken it had ground beef instead.
My grandmother asked to speak to a manager, but we were told there was no manager on site, only a shift lead, and that she couldn’t issue a refund. We were told we could wait until 10 PM when the manager would arrive to get a refund. During this time, the employee made a rude comment out loud along the lines of, “Now she wants a refund once it’s already in the garbage,” even though I had addressed the issue as soon as the food was handed to us. Other customers nearby were also having issues and witnessed her attitude.
The employee continued going back and forth with me and was rude not only to us, but to other customers as well. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional and made the situation worse.
We were unable to return at 10 PM because my grandparents were heading back to Houston. I called the store afterward, but no one answered. They took my phone number and said someone would contact me.
To this day, I have never received a call back, a refund, or any follow-up. The issue was never resolved.
This was by far the worst fast-food experience I’ve ever had. The customer service and lack of accountability were extremely disappointing. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would.
