- KJKatrina Jacobs2 days ago1.0Very rude was there 4 minutes tell 7 got 2 large drinks instead of 2 medium drinks to get the charm they was giving away would not give it to me told me it started at 7 to 7 an that if they gave me one early they would have to do it for everyone I told her I had to be to work an she still wouldn't do it. I told her they just lost a customer an she laughed an walked away. She was very rude wont be back ever again what's 4 minutes

The Big Spring 7Brew is by far the worst I have ever been too... awful service, low training, very long wait times. Im not sure if it is lack of training or compassion but I highly recommend having corporate come down for some help.

No one coming out to the cars to take the orders either that I saw. Not fast at all. Not the first time this has happened, this location is super slow in comparison.
