  I submitted a pickup order for 2 drinks just after 2pm on Tuesday. When I arrived, Tyler met me at my vehicle told me that the water was off and that I could not receive my drinks at that time, to come back later that day or if I were coming through town again soon. If not, to request a refund through the app. I understand that situation being out of their control. I was in town for a track meet and I when back at 8:30 to retrieve my drinks, I was told to wait in a mobile spot. I waited there for 30 minutes, never receiving my drinks. I am in town for another track meet again today went back to try again. I received my drinks, but my Dirty Dr Pepper was made incorrectly. It was lacking the coconut add-in and the lime was overpowering. I just feel like I went through so much trouble for 2 drinks and to still be disappointed.

  Chicken stripes were burnt fries were burnt like they hadn't changed the cooking oil.
