  This is the only bad customer service I’ve ever had at a 7 brew ever and I’ve been to over 30 of them in 3 states!!! They barely filled my drink and I ordered a large and sugar free it was too sweet!!!!!! She skipped me multiple times did 4 cars that I got there 15 minutes before. She was extremely rude, didn’t even tell me if I wanted to tip or give me a receipt I had to ask for it at the window. I’m not even from this area, I live all the way 10 hours in Arkansas where 7 brew was founded and I’ve been a proud supporter them and wanted to try this one while I was in Waco instead of Dutch bros, but I’m so infuriated right now with the service! I should have just went to Dutch bros.

  These guys are definitely amazing! I have not had one disappointed visit!. I love how they chat with you in the line and you don’t even notice you are waiting. Not just the coffee but all drinks are fantastic. I have not tried anything that was not great. My go to drink is the blondie.

  The customer service here is impressive! I couldn’t sleep and stopped by for a drink, and Selena was so sweet and welcoming. She had such a positive attitude, made great conversation, and truly went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable. It’s rare to find customer service this genuine these days. My drink was perfect, and Selena turned a sleepless early morning into a much brighter one. Thank you for the excellent service—I’ll definitely be back! 💗
