  Served uncooked fries and cold food, saw multiple dead and alive bugs and had trouble with the employees in the establishment. Overall negative experience, I personally don’t recommend it!

  Late night is hit or miss but never bad, just maybe annoyed employees dealing with drunk riffraff.

  So this is going to be long but worth it . I never call out any employees on reviews but this guy needs to know this and hopefully will see this so please if he don't see this let him know it exist . His name is Anthony h at the benbrook w.b. Tonight could had turned out completely diff for me if it wasn't for him because he is so sweet n caring and he needs to hear this. And most ppl out here So not getting into it but had been treated horrible from taco bell n benbrook and had my food made like complete shit. Got a refund and I was just gonna get my 4 lokos with it but decided to stop at w.b I told him about it and he was so freaking amazing he did something so lillttle just to make my night better. Not knowing it wasn't just taco bell , it's been this whole day. This entire day has gone wrong and not only that my baby boys 20th bday is coming up in Oct , he won't see. He didn't get to see his 19th bday. Logan was shot n killed last July in fort worth at a house party by accident by his friend. I been admitted 3 times now trying to unalive myself to be with him . So mentally I'm trying really hard to hold it together. One person, it takes one person to change someone's entire day. I came home smiling and laughing because Anthony was so amazing tonight to me when taco bell treated me like shit. I hope he reads this. Or someone shows him . I wear a mask everyday being goofy n making ppl smile n laugh because I dont know what they are going through and i rather being them up then down. Even though I'm dying inside. But ppl like Anthony really helps me have light n my darkness days. Again it takes one person just to bring someone up. Thank u so much for caring. Anthony, u have no idea how u changed the outcome of this night for me and don't ever lose that❤️.

  Ordered curbside and I pulled in at 4:08 when my order was supposed to be ready by 4:13/4:15. I wanted until 4:30 and no one came out with my order. Went inside and my order was sitting there and I asked if someone was going to bring it out to me and their literal words were “I guess someone could bring it out” HOW HARD IS YOUR JOB?!?!
