  They have some shitty workers who mess up i went to return a taco bc in the two combos i got it was suppose to be chalupas and the worker seemed like she didnt wanna fix it not everyone has all the time in the world to be going back bc they mess up orders then i asked for a burrito to be grilled and they were to lazy to do that too but i didnt notice until i got back home again to finally eat what should been a quick trip bc im on 30 mins free time turned into their time smh im annoyed and i very kind i shouldve just returned everrything

  Giving 2 stars only for the enployee who rectified the situation. I placed an online order & was missing 2 of my items along with sause I paid .10/packet for missing. I received no fork & no napkins for a $35 order. Food was cold as well. I would give them another chance because people make mistakes but dang yall need to get it together fr.

  It took forever to get this over priced food 61.00 to feed 3 people and that's no drinks and look at this almost empty soft taco thay always used to be more meat but not this taco bell very disappointed will not eat here again god bless.

  Asked if we wanted hot sauce? Yes, hot. Guess what wasn't in my bag when I got home. Grrr The Dr. Pepper and Pepsi were disgusting. Either the machines haven't been cleaned or they needed to get some less flat. I'm appalled how this can be new and have it like this. This is why people don't want to grab fast food anymore. See ya next year. Might not even go back then. Super disappointed.
