  I ordered online, requested a specific time for pickup with a 30 minute lead time. When I arrived not only did they not have my order ready but they were not even aware of it. I had a big order for 6 people so it took another 20 minutes for them to make it. What’s the point of ordering online? You had 1job!! Super frustrating!!

  Shout out to Debrah on Saturday may 2 2026 around 11pm I went thru drive thru had a long day wanted some fast and simple.. I was greeted by a smile and she was full of happiness and very friendly I love this location the food was fresh and hot.. I ordered the fries they was fresh and hot and the tacos was very well made met my standards.. while waiting for my order Debrah was really sweet and kind she told me some funny stories and jokes I like that type of customer service no matter what the situation is she always is smiling and giving great service thank you night crew for being great and doing what you do I will be back thank you Debrah again for a wonderful service

  Waited 15 minutes at the drive through. Cashier had a super ratchet haircut and I could barely understand him when he spoke. He gave me my food by holding the edge of the bag like he was about to drop it. Didn't get napkins or a fork for my nacho fries bowl. Had to go to QT across the street for a fork. Food was fine. They're Normally fine but this time I went at 1am. I guess they just put the worst workers on night shift.
