  Hit the red button it said someone would be with me shortly till it reverted back to saying push button to order. Pushed it again and never got a reply. Ended up going to Whataburger for Taquito meal instead. Horrible service!! Won’t be back to that location!!

  Most times I don’t feel it’s fair to review fast food because It’s always gonna be hit or miss depending who’s working however I have to on this one because whoever did this does not even deserve to work anywhere near food. I placed the order and I checked the tab for extra mayo and when I tell you, whoever did, this was literally trying to be sarcastic or funny in someway because they put danger a half a jar of mayonnaise on a smasher burger, which already has thin patties so it made this burger, super soggy and sloppy and literally just too gross to even eat. I contacted the location in the Manager. Maddie was very kind and accommodating and has offered to replace my meal, Which is always great however when it comes to fast food, you’re usually grabbing it on the fly so who has time to return back but I do appreciate her offering it what I don’t appreciate. Is that in this economy people playing with Others time and money, fast food, and service is just getting completely out of hand and a lot of times I know they can’t do anything about it because they have to hire who will take the job but people like this just simply don’t deserve to work anywhere near food. If they are capable of doing this, what else would they be willing to do? This is why I had to write the review so that hopefully it can be taken seriously.

  The food was hot when we received it and tasted good. Previous times, it has tasted like the oil was way past due to be changed. The carhop worked quickly and made sure we had everything we needed before moving on.

  I am diabetic. I usually carry small bottles of orange juice in my purse, but didn't on this outing. Of course, my blood sugar decided to start drastically dropping the minute we arrived. My husband pressed the order button, explained what was going on and asked if they could bring a bottle of juice immediately out to our truck. I don't know the name of the gentleman who ran the juice out to us, but I think he broke all Olympic records. A big thank you whoever you are.
