  Eat in your car so no atmosphere . Food is usually reliably good. Service depends on the mood of the carhop but is usually friendly.

  i’ve been waiting for 30 minutes on 3 drinks i ordered online my food was supposed to be ready 6:20 it’s currently 6:50 and my drink was water with flavoring instead of tea with flavoring

  I never really leave reviews so I’m only putting this here so maybe the issue can be fixed. I have nothing against this sonic location because the staff is always friendly and the food is perfectly fine. The only thing I would say is that when you order ahead online, it takes a LONG time to be delivered after you arrive and check in. They have taken over 20 minutes after I checked in to give me what i ordered. I usually always show up a couple minutes late from the time the app tells me it’ll be ready. For example I ordered at 8:15, the app tells me it will be ready at 8:26, and I did not receive my order until 8:44 and I checked in at 8:27ish or so. If it was only a couple times I wouldn’t leave a review but it seems to be consistent 9 times out of 10. I have nothing against the staff and I understand places are busy! I just wish it was a little more punctual. Other than that, fantastic location.

  We pulled in and was going to use the restroom to wash our hands and they turned it off and locked the door I guess they're having a problem with homeless people.They're not to be rude to customers , so we won't be going there anymore either

  Sadly, we were missing items. We thought we had all of them, but after the first regular member got an attitude, because we had told her about it, the manager came out. We did NOT receive our number 1 sandwich, our large mozzarella sticks, or our medium fry. We hadn't got the two fries before that, but they brought them out, after we said something. They didn't seem to care. We also did NOT get the condiments. =( We did, however see a corndog, when we got home finally, that we did not order. Sad trip... $80.34 order and $5.66 tip. Maybe that is why they didn't give us that food. I don't know. **My onion rings were soggy too.**
