  Está bien la comida pero para cuando andas apurado en comer algo pero si está pasable. Y sus precios están bien y atienden rápido.

  5-9-26 it's 2:22, I just left the Benbrook store. The young lady at the fist windows that gave me my food does not need to be working the drive through. Rude, no smile, I actually felt like she was mad at me for being a customer. I hope someone reads this review now and get her out of view of youre customers so that you dont get anymore bad reviews. I love this store, food was great and I never leave negativereviews, i just dont come back. Im in customer service, probably why I'm leaving a review. I didn't get her name but I left the time and date. God bless you

  This McDonald’s is horrible. They never get the order right every time I order DoorDash they’re forgetting something. The managers are rude. The establishment is nasty. I definitely would never come back here.

  ​I have visited this location every morning for the past week around 7:00 AM due to its proximity to my workplace. Unfortunately, the experience has been consistently negative. While it is clear the location is severely understaffed during this time, the current management approach is making a difficult situation worse for both employees and customers. ​Key Issues Observed: ​Lack of Professionalism: The morning crew is frequently rude and condescending. While high-volume environments are stressful, basic customer service standards should still be maintained regardless of the rush. ​Ineffective Leadership: I witnessed the manager berating and belittling customers for simple requests, such as asking for assistance with the kiosk or requesting a correction on an incorrectly prepared order (like watery oatmeal). ​The "Trickle-Down" Effect: It is a proven management principle that a leader’s demeanor sets the tone for the entire team. The manager’s visible frustration and anger are clearly stressing the staff, which in turn creates a hostile environment for paying customers. ​High-Stress Management Failures: In fast-paced environments, "Calm Command" is essential. Customers are generally much more patient with delays when they are met with transparency and a professional attitude. Meeting every customer with frustration only "adds fuel to the fire." ​Conclusion: Being understaffed is a logistical challenge, but being rude is a leadership failure. This location needs management training focused on emotional intelligence and conflict de-escalation. No one should have to start their workday feeling upset because of a breakfast stop.
