The young lady working at the register, Cecilia was so incredibly nice. Got her name off the receipt. Usually cashiers don't really care for conversation but she was very sweet. Great job to whoever is hiring manager.

- OOOliviaJun 5, 20261.0Employee we encountered at the drive through was extremely rude tonight. Pulled up to pick up our order, the man said it was not there. He asked us to make sure we were at the right location and then closed the window on us. When he came back I gave him my phone with our order confirmation and he said “I still don’t see where it says your order is for this location” all he had to do was scroll up…. We scrolled up for him and even clicked on the map link in the app to prove to him we were at the right location. He then looked at all the pick up orders again and said “it’s not here I don’t know what to tell you.” Obviously chipotle does not require critical thinking skills to work in their drive through so we told him, well we paid for it so we need our order. He then made our order and very snidely handed to us and said “order for {our name}. And immediately shut the window. He did not apologize for the confusion or mistake on their end. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable especially considering how much we are paying. Going to chipotle less and less because of these issues happening over and over. I just don’t think it’s worth it anymore.
