  Excellent service and attention to your service. From the outside it appears to be closed as most of the business is the drive-thur.

  Do NOT eat from Arby’s at 9248 US-377 Benbrook, Tx 76126. This place is so DISGUSTING they have Nats flying around and landing on their Drink Station, I addressed it with an Employee, showed him the Bugs and told him their everywhere, his exact words were “I know, there’s nothing we can do about it” Really!! There are always Fly’s in the dining area, no wonder the dining room is Always Empty, their drive thru is busy at times, but because people don’t know about their horrible unsanitary conditions. I got water from the Self Serve Fountain to show a Picture as proof, there’s a Nat inside! So Gross! This place needs to be Shut Down!

  I'm sorry to say this wasn't one of Arby's shinning moments 😔 I couldn't hear the person on speaker very well apparently she hear me I ask for a XL giant roast Beef $9.00 medium order potato cakes and large Dr.Pepper . They got one right Dr.Pepper. but I didn't order 6 potato cakes and Reg. Roast Beef classic which I think is $6.00 cheaper I didn't get discount.

  Review for an outstanding employee and very nice person. Teniah I have to leave a review for. She was operating effectively and effectively while maintaining a professional attentive and kind demeanor. Service from a genuinely nice person. Rare. She's a keeper.
