  We had a very unpleasant experience here. The drink makers became upset with us for using our free drink coupons and began cursing at us, specifically Alayna Huff. Elliot K. then left the workplace, came to our car, and said, “I hope you don’t crash” and “I hope you don’t get shot.” That behavior was completely inappropriate and made the situation much more serious. When we came back to place another order, Katherine Brown, who was taking orders, appeared unwilling to serve us even though there was nobody else in the drive-thru. I would strongly recommend that management speak with the employees involved and take appropriate disciplinary action. Customers should be able to use valid coupons and place orders without being insulted, threatened, or treated disrespectfully.

  I seriously don’t know what all the fuss is about as I read the reviews taking about “nobody being nice” and everything about hospitality. Now, don’t get me wrong, I think every business should be nice and show some love, but when it comes to this 7Brew I’ve never had a problem with “not nice” workers and frankly, I wouldn’t even be mad if they weren’t the most nice they could be, because they’re out there in the blazing heat taking coffee orders with a huge line waiting for them. I’m a barista myself and although I’m not saying they should be rude or inconsiderate, I am saying that it really doesn’t matter if they didn’t give me the biggest smile and didn’t chat me up the whole time. They don’t even get paid that much for you to be expecting restaurant service, this is a coffee place! I’d rather them take my order, go back into the AC, and then get my drink out fast. They have always gotten my order right and yummy every single time, in a speedy time too. I’m more than happy with my service at this 7Brew and the workers here should be proud of their efforts in this hot hot hot sun!!! I’m immediately irritated as soon as I step out into this heat (lol) so honestly kudos to them for still managing to have a good customer service voice and smile despite it. As always, keep the hospitality up and does it hurt to chat a bit or be a little chipper? No, but that doesn’t mean you HAVE to every single hour of the shift. It’s okay if this 7Brew isn’t chipper 24/7, that’s not what I come here for! You never know what anyone’s going through and I won’t claim to know, which is why I don’t expect them to be my best friend! Love you 7Brew 🫶

  This was my second visit the lady was friendly and helpful. They have a lot of sugar free options not only the syrup in the coffee but also the dark chocolate and white chocolate drizzle were sugar-free. I had the tuxedo both times very good. The first was regular with sugar and today sugar-free. I'm impressed and will be going back.

  Bad service and bad follow-up. The response “to make things right” for the public to see is for me to email them. But the email is no longer an active email address. Sad to see a business with potential be run into the ground.
