  We order a root beer but never got it. They charged us still for a EXTRA ROOT BEER! I told the guy on the mic that we wanted our root beer and they tried us for another root beer even thought we already ordered a root beer. It was on the screen yet we never got it.

  Got a strawberry cream slush, lid and inside of cup covered in some other food, also random piece of food inside.

  I’ve been to a lot of Sonic locations over the years and never had an experience like this one. My carhop, Presley, had a horrible attitude from the moment she showed up. On top of that, she tried to make me pay a second time for condiments that come included with the pretzel, something I’ve never once been charged extra for at any other Sonic I’ve ever visited. To make it worse, the wait for those condiments was ridiculous. I sat there far longer than I should have for something that’s supposed to be part of the order in the first place. Between the attitude, the confusion over charging me twice, and the excessive wait, this was easily the worst Sonic experience I’ve had. I’d think twice before coming back to this location.

  Always a good experience when I come to this sonic. Desserts, burgers, they got it all. Clean and friendly. The smashburgers are really good...kind of taste like a big white castle burger to me if I double the onions. I usually get the chili coney but the smash burger was amazing.
