  I've gone to this location several times BUT today I had the best service! This young man, Jonah, was so polite and when taking my order he made a suggestion so that I could take advantage of one of their daily deals to save some money. He didn't have to do that and I really appreciated his thoughtfulness and kindness!

  This Sonic has the best service we have ever received at any location, EVER. How do you get employees to constantly run to cars with smiles on their faces in 104 degree weather? Ask the manager of this location because I have never seen anything like this in my LIFE. Our food was hot and delicious, the employees were wonderful. They even have plants hanging around the car parks and twinkle lights for the night atmosphere. Unbelievably excellent.

  We order a root beer but never got it. They charged us still for a EXTRA ROOT BEER! I told the guy on the mic that we wanted our root beer and they tried us for another root beer even thought we already ordered a root beer. It was on the screen yet we never got it.

  I’ve been to a lot of Sonic locations over the years and never had an experience like this one. My carhop, Presley, had a horrible attitude from the moment she showed up. On top of that, she tried to make me pay a second time for condiments that come included with the pretzel, something I’ve never once been charged extra for at any other Sonic I’ve ever visited. To make it worse, the wait for those condiments was ridiculous. I sat there far longer than I should have for something that’s supposed to be part of the order in the first place. Between the attitude, the confusion over charging me twice, and the excessive wait, this was easily the worst Sonic experience I’ve had. I’d think twice before coming back to this location.
