- SRSuR RoDAug 17, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience. “Leilani” behind the counter acted like I personally ruined her entire week by ordering a pizza. 🙄The attitude was unbelievable, the customer service was nonexistent, and somehow I felt like I needed to apologize for being hungry. The pizza was cold, the wait was ridiculous, and Leilani looked at me like I had asked her to personally build the Pizza Hut from scratch. 😐 I’m giving this place one star solely because zero stars apparently isn’t an option. 😒 She walked away from her phone and I heard her yelling. I listen and she called someone's mother a wet back
- DGDave GarciaAug 17, 20261.0I came in the store about a couple days ago to pick up my pizza , when I came home and opened up the pizza box there was 2 strands of hair cooked inside my crust. When I brought the pizza back and asked who made the pizza this employee that is name is Leiani said to “deal with it” and refused to remake my pizza because she felt as if I cooked the hair in the crust. Not only this girl was unprofessional but also caught her when I came back in to talk to a manager smoking weed outside.
