  We’ve ordered from this Papa John’s multiple times, and unfortunately this latest experience was the final straw. This wasn’t an isolated mistake. Several of our previous orders have arrived incorrect, incomplete, or were even someone else’s order entirely. Because of those repeated issues, we had been told we were owed several free pizzas as compensation. When our order was delivered incorrectly again, we called and politely asked if one of those previously promised free pizzas could be included when the rest of our missing food was delivered. Instead of simply checking the system, General Manager Kenneth refused to look into it. He immediately accused me of trying to “extort” him for free pizzas, despite my repeatedly asking him to verify what was already on our account. The conversation only got worse. Kenneth became aggressive, talked over us, refused to listen, and even threatened to call the police if I came to the store to collect the order. At no point did he attempt to de-escalate the situation, investigate the history of our account, or provide any level of customer service. Mistakes happen, and we understand that. What customers remember is how those mistakes are handled. A manager should be calm, professional, willing to listen, and focused on resolving problems—not escalating them with accusations and threats. Kenneth displayed a complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills. His attitude was arrogant, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. Based on our repeated issues with incorrect orders and the way this situation was handled, we can no longer recommend this location. Thank goodness for the professionalism and prompt delivery from Pizza Hut.

  Kenneth completely disregarded the multiple errors for my families order and refused to have what was missing re-delivered......I am appalled....

  I would give 0 stars if I could. It is my 11 year old nephews birthday. We dealt with Kenneth, who was extremely rude - would not let us speak - immediately called us liars. All we asked for was him to make right what they did wrong, and he immediately stated that we were EXTORTING HIM FOR FREE PIZZA. We ordered 4 pizzas and some wings, and we’re only delivered 3 pizzas. We addressed the delivery driver who said she could do nothing about it. We kindly explained that all we wanted was for them to deliver the undelivered food, that we paid for. The order was over $100. When we got upset about refusing to make it right, he advised us that he would be calling the cops on us. Disgusting behavior….will never be ordering from Papa John’s in Belton again, ever. Honestly I can’t believe this man still has a job with how he acted tonight. There’s no way others have not experienced it. Never heard anything like it.

  We ordered 4 pizzas and 24 wings for my nephews birthday. Got delivered 3 pizzas. The manager KENNETH gave my sister lip while she was trying to get it rectified and get the rest of the food that was ordered. Absolute garbage customer service

  Kenneth is the worst manager I think I’ve ever dealt with. It is my nephews 11th birthday - his father order 4 pizzas and one order of wings, and only 3 pizzas were delivered. When calling Papa John’s to ask for the food that was not delivered to be delivered, he stated that we were only trying to extort him and he would call the police on us. Hung up on us. All we asked for was for our order to be made right. Kenneth does not need to work in the service industry - he will be the reason you lose long time customers like myself. Absolutely disgusted with the service we were provided tonight and we will not be ordering from them again. Outrageous, despicable, and highly disappointed.
