Scheduled a curbside pickup for 11:30 to 12, but every spot was full with 20 cars idling in line. The parking lot is chaos. I waited 30 minutes just to park in a space, then another 20 to 30 before my groceries came. Other people are physically walking into the curbside entrance and grabbing their groceries themselves because this is taking so long. That’s not a reservation system. It seems that HEB is trying to make the most money it can by selling too many curbside slots without having the actual space or ability to accommodate. Absolutely ridiculous!

Prices sometimes high, sometimes produce goes bad quickly, bread too, changes items available frequently, but isn't too bad.

It's a pretty nice little store but there is a bunch of kids working they're having personal conversations while cashing you out so if you're in a hurry and you want them to pay attention that may not be the best place to go or back your own stuff. The baggins important since I run deliveries for people and when they need to be separated in the cart I don't want to have to tell you five times in a row. I just find it unprofessional for them to be sitting there having personal conversations and holding up the line because the bagger and the cashier are talking and this is not the first time this has happened this is a regular occurrence with different people. You are getting paid to do what you're doing please do your job in a timely manner thank you for all the rest of the people there y'all are amazing.

I am a loyal, weekly shopper at this H-E-B location and rely heavily on the Healthy Living department for bulk items, spices, kombucha, and protein bars. Overall, I love shopping here, but the customer service in that specific department has become a consistent issue. One of the employees who stocks the section is routinely unwelcoming she rarely acknowledges customers, never moves aside when stocking tight aisles, and generally acts annoyed by shoppers' presence. Recently , however, Sandra went beyond poor attitude into outright condescension. While I was using the provided scoop in the bulk section something I have done for years as an experienced bulk shopper she walked across the department to micromanage me, telling me "that's not how you scoop it" and talking down to me like a child. I think she didn’t like I was scooping towards the back either way being hovered over and condescended to while simply trying to grab my groceries is completely unacceptable. The fact she was even watching me that closely is annoying. As a frequent regular, I expect basic courtesy and respect from store staff.I literally bit my tounge with her because I am after all a grown up. I hope store leadership addresses basic customer service etiquette and professionalism with the team in this department.I’m
