First time in the store since the remodel. HEB, you have done a good job. Most items we shop for are a hit or miss. For some reason shallots are a huge hit or miss, lately it doesn't matter which store we go to they have very few shallots to choose from. For the most part things were well stocked and nicely arranged. Simple organization has become a thing of the past. Good thing for the app! Customer service was great this time around. Most of the employees were friendly. For us if you are an employee and you are on the floor working, customer service should be top notch. If you see a customer ACKNOWLEDGE them. For us customer service goes a long way. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

When I asked why there wasn't enough spicy guac? Fixed! Some specific cheese that I use a lot? Stocked! The folks at the Deli counter are amazing. These people listen and this matters to me so much. Thank you!!

They where completely out of the Coffee we drink, no beans or ground. Some one needs to teach the baggers not to pot all of the heavy stuff (11 cans and 4lbs of sugar) in one bag. Don't put cleaning supplies and food in same bag. I'm 61 yo. I shop by myself. When I get home my 71 yo husband helps unload the bags. We can't lift them.
