  Normally it's great, but yesterday I ordered the pumpkin blondie, and it was just a regular blondie, no pumpkin, try it again today, still just a regular blondie, I don't know if maybe the pumpkin flavor has no flavor but I normally get the blondie, and the pumpkin blondie literally was just a blondie, I am so disappointed. Pumpkin is my favorite.

  I understand being busy, but this morning I got there and got in line as usual. There was only one person taking orders. Out of no where I see one other taking orders oh but not mine… everyone behind me. Get up to the front and was asked if I was paying with cash or card. I stated no one had taken my order…. I had been in line for maybe 5 mins at this point. Put my order in paid and maybe 2 mins later I get asked to park they would bring it out. Waited 15 min and saw some drinks sitting at the metal table. Drinks kept coming out and just sat there after a while I was asked what my order was again. They stated it was out already, yeah one of the drinks that had sat in the hot for about 5 mins. I told her and she took it back. Waited even longer for another only for it to look as if Somone had already started eating the whipped cream. Cup dripping with coffee and syrup. Very disappointed with this visit.

  I ordered a panda cold brew as well as a boo raspberry 7 chiller. Description says for the panda cold brew- The 7 Brew Panda Cold Brew is a featured specialty coffee made with smooth cold brew, coconut flavor, and white chocolate, finished with cold foam and a dark chocolate drizzle. Included below is a photo of what I recieved. No cold foam and no chocolate drizzle, on top the music is so loud they gave me a BLUE raspberry 7 chiller instead of a BOO raspberry chiller. Which they did fix but both my drinks were made wrong. I think this will be my last time visiting the Belton location. It’s not worth the hassle of trying to get them to make my drinks properly.
