  I am usually very happy with this location but today... not so much. I used to manage a pizza hut and i know the process and what a handtossed pizza is supposed to look liek and this hand tossed pizza was more than disappointing. It was almost as flat as the thin crust... spending 60$ for mediocre pizzas is bizarre. I bought 3 hand tossed (all flat) and a stuffed crust. Makes me want to rethink my options as far as pizza is concerned.

  Tried it several times hoping...but 3 strikes, and can't recommend. Order delivered 2 hours and 20 minutes late along with being incomplete.

  The pizza was good. The young lady was new and couldn't answer questions about the menu. She was very polite though. For a small town, they did a good job.

  I usually love Pizza Hut, but this location was very disappointing. We relied on this location to supply 14 pizzas for our VBS, but it was not ready when promised. After paying 120.00 cash and 28.44 on debit upfront 2hrs earlier at 3:41p, when we arrived at 5:45p, we had to wait an additional 25 minutes longer than the promised pickup time. We were not greeted, no apologies were offered or explanations given as we waited for the pizzas. Then to add insult to frustration, the associate proceeds to say to me, you need to pay for this. I said no, we paid for the order when we placed it, and we have a receipt. I presented the receipt to her and she shared the order had not been paid according to the computer. I calmly asked her to get Breana who took the order early to verify the purchase, and she said Breana already left for the day. By this point, I was very aggregated and insulted. I nicely explained that you need to ask the associate 🤔 about this order, and I am leaving because all pizzas have been paid for. No one makes 14 pizzas without purchasing them first. You need to figure this out. I will avoid this Pizza Hut at all cost in the future because of the unprofessionalism, timing, lack communication and accusations regarding payment. I pray management reviews the video to show we paid for the pizzas at 3:41p and what happened to the cash after the exchange because we paid. This is very disappointing because we were looking to rely on this location in the future, but we will not and consider other locations to meet our needs.
