  For starters..my burrito was wrong it was supposed to have tater tots etc on it as well. But now I’d like to mention the meat..or lack thereof. I’m sorry but if I’m paying $10 for a burrito I’d like to have more than a tortilla with a sprinkle of meat. I go through the drive thru to let the lady know my burrito was incorrect and she offered to hand me tater tots to put on it 😭😂. We had sonic the night before same location and they messed our whole order up so this wasn’t once but twice in less than 24 hours. Generally I would’ve just ate it and drove off and called it a day but being that it happened twice in a row I’m rather annoyed. It would have been different had she acted sympathetic in any form but she was NOT! She was sarcastically rude the entire time. It’s annoying when you drive from another town to get your food then you get home and every time it’s wrong! I’m not one to post a negative review but someone needs to do something about this place. They also took this original burrito back from me which I’ve always been told they’re not allowed to do. I will not be going back.

  Ordered a simple limeade with extra lime. Took at least 5 minutes off not more. Then it didn't have any lime. I told the person and he said oh we are only allowed to put in one lime. I said didn't I pay for extra lime... and this doesn't have any.

  The manager really needs to check every order going out and needs to train his employees. Worst Sonic ever!!!
