  Mrs Bacon found my mom’s purse and called a business card number to find my mom. She is mailing the purse back to her in Mansfield Texas. Such great service and so nice.

  If I could give no stars I would Absolutely ridiculous. Spent $45 on food, waited 45 MINUTES in the drive-thru, just to get home with little to no fries. Are y’all serious? If I’m spending that much money and waiting almost an hour for my food, the LEAST you can do is make sure my order is complete. Apparently that’s too much to ask. The service was just as bad as the food. Don’t have people waiting 45 minutes just to hand them a half-assed order. Get it together. I paid for my food, not for y’all to decide what I get to eat. Never again.

  25 minute wait for an order that they got wrong. Went inside to place a to go order because my trailer won’t drive through. 25 minutes, no bs have order and refund receipt, watched countless numbers of vehicles enter and exit the drive through while I patiently waited. Finally received the order that was wrong, stated six times to the order taker “plain and dry”, you guessed it, received not plain and dry. Do better. Do not respond with a generic response.

  The day staff my be good here, but the night crew is severely lacking. I've ordered food twice now for delivery at my overnight job. The second time my food showed up, but no iced coffee, which overnight was really what I needed... Also, how do you eat biscuits and gravy with no fork? The first time I ordered a patty melt, but received 1 slice of Texas toast bread, untoasted, unbuttered, just wrapped in paper. Idk how high you have to be to send out a slice of bread during the slow hours, but it happened. And I know they were slow, I work in the same parking lot. If I could leave I wouldn't bother with delivery and would insist it was right before I left. But alas, earwax. At least Uber refunds most of what I spent, right? I won't be ordering it for delivery again; fool me once, shame on you, etc.

  Honestly, no stars if I could. The cashier with glasses was extremely disrespectful to my wife. We had an online order and came to pick it up when the app said it was ready. Instead of letting us know they were busy or running behind, she told my wife to wait because they hadn’t even made it yet, and she used the most disgusting tone while doing so. Instead of making the order right, they made it completely wrong. So we came back to have it remade, and the same annoying cashier made the comment, “Of course we didn’t make it right for you,” grabbed the bag, and walked away. They STILL made the order wrong. The manager, however, was incredibly sweet and kind to us. She even let us know that she hates dealing with that specific cashier as well.
