Even better, the products are amazing—especially the H-E-B brand items. They check both the affordability and quality boxes.The customer service is outstanding. Everyone is so friendly and supportive. I just can’t say enough about how much I love my H-E-B.Thank you, H-E-B, for everything you do for our community. A lot of people don’t realize how much you help with food shelters and other contributions—those things really make you the best!One more thing I have to share: My cousin had cancer and lives up north in Texas. Her doctor told her not to shop at Walmart and to get all her food at H-E-B instead. That really says a lot about the quality of their food.Once again, thank you, H-E-B, for being rock stars!

All these type substitutions only benefit store sales, not consumer well being. The we're so sorry, we care automated computer response doesn't cut it. Dial a 1-800 # and grow old on hold
- TGTimothy GirardJul 25, 20261.0Today on Saturday,July 25th at 3:00 p.m. I pulled up to to the entrance and parked behind the security vehicle. My wife was right there so I was easily able to load the groceries but the security officer was sarcastically rude and he felt powerful belittling me. I wish he would of just asked me to move but he wanted to be authoritative around the HEB employees taking their break. My wife just went to the chiropractor and is pregnant. It would of took 30 seconds to load the groceries.But he wasn't allowing us for some reason but right after a car did the same as me and he did not say anything. The security officer was parked i was parked directly behind him doing nothing more wrong than him. I Love HEB it is my favorite grocery store I don't go anywhere else. But now I have to change HEB's because I don't want to ever have to deal with someone disrespectful as him. He is a disaster waiting to happen
