When I reached the manager to discuss what happened, I was met with yelling and defensiveness rather than professionalism or empathy. While I understand the stolen order wasn't the restaurant's direct fault, the manager's response made the situation worse. Instead of listening, he became accusatory—speaking to me as though I was responsible for the missing food and essentially blaming me for "four meals coming out of his establishment." He then launched into unnecessary explanations that felt more like justifications than genuine concern for a paying customer who'd had a problem. I wasn't calling to attack his business. I was calling because I'd paid for a meal and needed help addressing it. What I received instead was hostility and a clear message that this restaurant doesn't value customer courtesy when issues arise. If you encounter an issue here, don't expect understanding, expect blame.

He ordered the fried oyster po boy and it was also awful as well. The music was so loud you could hardly talk. Lastly, my shoes kept sticking to the floor!🙄
