  Pretty impressive..got lost where I parked my car.. parked down stairs.. went upstairs to the grocery isle.. and it was really nice

  I used to love shopping here...I moved to Kentucky 5 years ago...and miss the store.... please corporate can y'all think about opening a store in Kentucky... specifically in Louisville KY... thank you..🤗

  I work in the area and usually stop at HEB about two or three times a week early in the morning at 6:00 a.m. when they open. Last week I had an issue with an employee who worked in the bakery. When I asked for a piece of chocolate cake that was not out. She immediately went to the back with a frown on her face and came back and placed a piece of cake that smashed and not the same kind I previously showed her. I asked to speak to a manager and the employee rolled her eyes and walked off. A manager never came over so I stopped another HEB employee and told him that I was trying to get a piece of chocolate cake. Could you get the manager for me? As he went over to the counter to see if a manager was available, someone from the bakery placed a piece of cake over on the counter where he was but never came to address me. Never came to ask if there is a problem. Most of the time when I go to HEB. I don't see how people say that they have friendly employees because I can count the times on two fingers that someone has actually asked me if I needed any help or said good morning. They are very unfriendly in my opinion. Today I was in HEB looking for chicken salad which I have bought before so I know where it is on the shelf. They moved the chicken salad and I asked an employee where was the chicken salad. She was very friendly and pointed and told me where it was. As I got there. There was a guy who worked at HEB who went back and forth arguing with me about Chicken salad that has been there. He said and that same location for years. He went on to say he's never seen me before and I said I've never seen him before. He tried to make me feel stupid by asking me if I was sure That I was in the right HEB. Are you kidding me? I swear I only go to this store because I work in the area and it's one of the few places that I can visit that is open at 6:00 a.m.. There is never a manager at that hour. I can easily go to a store when I am off of work and get everything I need. I don't have to give HEB my time or my money with the way they act in that store. Your customer service for most of your employees is a D minus.

  Employee by the name Delight was not friendly she didn't serve me the supervisor has to come and help me at the cash register I have been coming to this location for the past 20 years I was always happy today I was disappointed by the attitude af this girl she need training almost every one knows me so sad to switch to the other supper market.
