  Why is it everytime I go through the drive thru I get cold fries?? You go in you get warm fries?? Do they have a separate french fry holder for drive thru? I usually don't write bad reviews, but it's gotten to a point 😕

  Was continually blown off by Alvaro when I asked for help. He would just walk away. No customer service. Impolite. Rude. Messy location.

  Fries we're thrown in the bag like if the workers just threw them in there. Not from Austin travel from corpus Christi and I got real bad service.

  Please at least hire someone that speaks English well to o take the order. If I say remove the cheese in every possible way, no cheese, just bacon and egg, and the result is they add extra cheese, do you have a major problem. It is impossible to get your order correct if the person does not understand the English language.
