- MAMetin AydinMay 26, 20261.0Absolutely terrible experience with Domino’s. We placed an order and after waiting over an hour, the app marked it as “delivered” even though we never received anything. We called the store and were told they would remake the order. Fine. We waited another hour and a half with no update and no pizza. When we called again, the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and kept saying she would “call the driver” and make sure it gets handled. Still nothing ever arrived. After waiting nearly 3 hours total, we didn’t even want the food anymore and asked for a refund, but they refused and only offered store credits instead. Horrible customer service, wasted our entire night, and zero accountability for losing the order. We will never order from Domino’s again.

Pasta and subs not worth ordering as the portions are minimal. I got an italian sub with a literal 4 pepperonis on it spaced out and some lettuce- the sub so thin you can barely tell it is anything but bread. The pasta is barely 1/3 of the container. This is the second time i ordered sub and both times its been very minimal and mostly bread. The chicken sub had 3 small bite size pieces of chicken on it,no sauce and burnt bacon - also saw more bread than filling inside too. I gave up on the subs here which is shame. This time customer service was rude just handed and food and walked away ignoring the additional questions (we needed to know if we could get our drinks we ordered). Also disappointing that we have to order sauce cups separately now. That use to be given with the meals that it pairs. Hope dominos can get better workers to fulfill the food standard!
