  This is an ice cream establishment! How is their ice cream machine broken, twice in 2 weeks?! Also aren't they known for their ice but yet didn't have any to sell for a bag of ice. I guess the night time crew don't want to work! This is ridiculous!

  Arrived at 1030pm and wasn't able to place an order. They said they're to backed up. Did expect to be denied service 🤔

  I have come to this location multiple times. Both times waited over 10 minutes before getting service. On one occasion, it appears that there is one person working the entire sonic, serving taking orders and delivering this is unacceptable. then they didn’t even have Full of ingredients.

  Have been to this Sonic twice. First time was last Sunday. Only 2 people working it took them 10 minutes to take my order. Today was the second time, after 10 minutes they still hadn't taken my order. Even the activation button has to be pressed again. After 10 more minutes still noone had taken my order. Several cars left including mine. They lost alot of business today. Same Sonic, twice in one week they screwed up. Plus their toaster sandwich use to be on Texas toast, and they switched to regular bread. Won't go back. Had just downloaded the app. going to uninstall it now
