  We visit this Sonic on often, or DoorDash, and I am consistently disappointed. I frequently order the Soft Pretzel and add the cheese sauce, but 9 times out of 10, the cheese sauce is completely missing from my bag. It’s incredibly frustrating to get home and realize the order is incomplete!! I do not like eating a dry pretzel with no cheese sauce that’s supposed to come with it. Please remind the staff to double-check their bags before handing them out!! Management really needs to train their staff on basic attention to detail!!

  I don’t know what the issue is but this is the third time I’ve pulled up to this sonic, pushed the red button and no one responds. Other people will pull up next to me and get their order taken and I’ll have to flag someone down to get mine taken. And I’ve gone separate times and days( when it’s busy and when it hasn’t been) so there really isn’t an excuse. When I have ordered food, the fries are burnt or the order is wrong. Like I said I don’t know what the issue is, but I won’t be back again.

  This location is the absolute bottom of the barrel, the order screens in bay 17, 23, 25 , 33 and 34 don’t work. Go to the Brown Trail location……geez, do some maintaining of equipment. .

  Terrible service. Pushed the button 3 times and they ignored us. Moved to a different stall in case ours was broken. Pushed the button and they answered, then didn't respond again after I started ordering and ignored us. Flagged down a carhop to ask if they were still open and she said she'd get someone to answer who took my order and let me pay and I've been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting for 2 small pieces of food and 3 drinks. Terrible service, terrible place, will never go again. I'd rather starve than give them my money again. Update: finally got my food.... Who did I upset to get basically no chili and cheese on my tots. No one should eat here. They're the worst. Only redeeming quality is the very sweet carhop. Otherwise, they should just close.

  Don't go here, drive down the street to htea0 or stop at qt across the street for a drink. Customer service is abysmal. Just got 2 drinks and took 15 min. They weren't busy, just ignored and were hanging out inside. I had to call the store to get my order in. No apologies, nothing. Please don't put a generic response like you have done with the bad reviews the last few days. It means nothing if you don't actually change
