  We enjoy and love Saltgrass. The food is always great. However, tonight we received the best service we’ve ever received. Jamia was not only patient but made sure we had everything we needed and was satisfied. I think she said her manager was Jacques and I want him to know that they have a rockstar in her. Thank you Jamia and we hope you are there if we dine again.

  Probably one of the worst Saltgrass experiences I’ve ever had. The service was extremely disappointing — our waitress took a very long time to bring out even basic items, and overall service felt very inattentive. To make matters worse, the food came out cold. My daughter didn’t even want to eat her kids pizza because the cheese completely slid off and it seemed undercooked. My husband tried to explain the issue to the waitress, but she simply took the plate away without really hearing us out. We also ordered our steaks medium, but they came out well done. For a bill over $300, the food quality was mediocre at best and nowhere near worth the price. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. We won’t be returning to this location. I’d much rather go to Texas Roadhouse

  The staff at this location is so special. They treated our teachers at Treetops School International to lunch and it meant so much to us. Our server’s name was Greg and he was so kind and helpful. We really appreciate how generous they were. We left feeling nourished by the food and the hospitality. Thank you Saltgrass!

  Great food and atmosphere with impeccable service! I had the Prime Rib which was beautiful, the Old Fashioned and Cheesecake combined to make the meal perfect. The people working were phenomenal! Especially Rosavette, Elijah, and Jacqes - I was celebrating a solo birthday, and having a nice time, but you all took it way up! Your warmth and welcoming vibes combined with the fact that I never wanted for anything made for a truly wonderful experience, and I appreciate the evening you helped to craft! This is my new spot - I even did menu-recon for friends and family I'm going to bring. Thanks for being amazing, see you all soon!

  Tried the steak salad for the first time. Excellent "cool" dish on a warm afternoon. Try in yourself when you're hungry for some protein, but hot meal is a little too much. Rosivette was our server and was perfectly attentive. We had just come off a long morning of intense cycling, thirst levels: high! Rosivette brought us a carafe of tea along with our already full glasses. A good meal with exceptional service.
