  The manager last night, she was one of the best I have seen in a long time working in restaurants and will be good for Bedford, TX location. Our waitress was great. It was a busy night there and the staff never missed a beat.

  Staff was friendly, and thankfully they turned the radio down for our meeting. The bread and the wedge salad where very good, my new York strip was too seared on the outside and too hard on the inside and more of a rare than medium rare. They cooked it too hot and fast imo

  My wife and I stopped in here mainly to get out of the traffic for a bit. The meal was great. Rosy and Kyle were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxing and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Overall, a great place to spend an evening.

  For anyone visiting the Bedford area, Saltgrass is a wonderful place to eat. My brother and I are visiting from Florida and we’re so happy that we ate here. The food and drinks were phenomenal and the atmosphere was very nice and cozy. The best part of our experience however was the service with our hostess Kim. She was extremely welcoming to us and very attentive with our preferences and gave us very nice recommendations on the menu. She made our experience very personal and was honestly one of the highlights of our trip here in Texas 😊
