  My complaint, I had to drive from the edge of Fort Worth to Bedford 40 minutes one way and 40 back. Cold pizza, need one closer.

  At first my order was late because they made an error but they corrected it immediately and the customer service provided by Grant was exceptional! Not only did he correct it & apologize immediately but he made it right without me having to ask. Service was prompt & friendly. Shout out to Grant!

  We recently moved close to this location, and I started a new job. Finding time to make dinner has been difficult, and I've always liked Papa John's in the past, so we decided to place an order for delivery. We got the order but it wasn't right. (I am not a thin crust fan - at all) We called and spoke to the manager who sounded like a young man, and we were so incredibly surprised. He was apologetic since there are new people working, and we understand that everyone is new at some point. But this young manager (not sure of his name) completely remade our order AND had it redelivered. Can I just say that this level of customer service is AMAZING. This young manager was AMAZING. It is a rare experience in this world these days, and it just made everything right in the world after my own stress at my new job that day. May the Lord bless you and keep you, young man. You will go far and stand out in this crazy world. Thank you again!
