- KEKaz EremosJun 11, 20264.0The food is always delicious. I love the queso and tortillas and as far as salsa goes, it is one of my favorites. Our service was okay thereafter could have been better but overall I always like going to OTB and hope I will always have that opportunity.

The rice was a little undercooked and crunchy in the middle, but everything else was well made. Overall it was a pleasant visit, and I'll likely come back again soon.

About a year ago, we heard that the Pappas restaurant chain had bought OTB so we decided to give it a try. At first, it was a huge improvement but in the last few months, it has declined again. At our last visit, I ordered the crispy fish tacos and the fish was so greasy that it made my tortilla soggy. Today was our last time there. My husband ordered the chipotle shrimp tacos and the shrimp was mostly raw so he sent it back. By the time he got another order, the rest of our table had finished eating. The shrimp still wasn’t cooked very well. The salsa was also different than before and it was NOT an improvement.
