When I mentioned it to the woman operating the drive-through she went and got me flour tortillas. It got ugly when she expected me to give the corn tortillas back to her. I asked her “you don’t really want these back do you? “ She gave me a look like I was trying to get away with free tortillas when in fact, I was calling her on health standards Based on her attitude, I have no doubt they intended to sell these tortillas to someone else. When I went to eat the food, I found the chicken to be dry and the tortillas to be stale. I’m a big fan of El Pollo Loco, but this location is a problem. So next time you’re thinking about going to this El Pollo Loco, think about this: who’s touched YOUR food?
