  I love this place but never fails something is always incorrect so check before you leave.

  Ordered online for a simple toasted bagel and shmear. Bagel had thick black edges that extended to top of bagel and tasting of being burnt.

  Walked in 3 employees behind counter, no customers at counter, no one stepped up to greet me. Stood at counter waiting to be helped, older lady finally told younger woman to wait on me, younger woman was not happy and made a face but walked over and just looked at me no smile no greeting. Told her what I wanted, she gave me an irritated look and asked “toasted or not” and asked if I wanted cream cheese, like I was putting her out. Worst service and attitude, it’s a good thing I really like the bagels or I would NEVER go back there!!

  Tell me why I bought two avocado sandwiches and there was no avocado on them. Called and spoke to Joanna and she lied that avocado was placed on my sandwiches and hung off the phone . Don’t do that to people. It’s so upsetting when you paid for your food and drive home and the store tried to lied to your face. Not buying here anymore
