When we entered, the employees were moving around, kinda busy, but they made eye contact and NO ONE said anything. They could have said "Welcome in" or "Hello, we'll be with you"...they said absolutely nothing until my kids and I turned to leave. Very disappointed in the customer service.

Then when we asked for queso it was a spoon, like tablespoon, for $2. I used to enjoy chipotle but these days you get better food and more portions from just about anyone else. Spent $35 and have two bowls of rice basically. Staff was not friendly and looked annoyed that we asked for what we paid for. My wife also asked for queso and chips, $9 for a little bowl. Crazy. Chiloso only from now on.

Feeling awkward, I had to ask for more, and the employee barely added any. They were out of black beans, so I waited until the end, but each bowl received a tiny ramekin that was only half to three-quarters full. Every ingredient was served at about one-third of the portions I've received at any other Chipotle. Feeling awkward again, I politely asked for more beans. I was told everyone only gets one scoop, and the employee insisted that the half-to-three-quarter-full ramekin was a "full scoop." She also said I'd have to pay extra for more beans. I was also offered something called cilantro ... during ordering without being told it would cost extra, which I only found out after paying. I've been to many Chipotle locations, and this is the only one where I genuinely felt ripped off. Paying full price for five bowls shouldn't leave customers feeling like they're begging for basic portions. Corporate/Management seriously needs to address the portion sizes and customer service at this location if they want repeating customers.
