Multiple visits for breakfast have nearly made me late for work. They are often out of biscuits or coffee in the morning despite extremely low drive thru volume, compared to their neighbors Chic-Fil-A. Today it took me 10 minutes to get my order while I waited for them to make more biscuits. Once my food finally came out, the coffee they gave me was ice cold. Could have gone through the Chic-Fil-A drive thru three times in the amount of time it took to get my order, and at least they have hot coffee.

In fact I want all my dipping sauces to be gravy . A big one. Get home and it's this measly little container. I call and the guy on the phone was rude on the phone saying the girl who did my order was new and that was the correct size. I told him that is not what was given to me last time and how was that even correct amount of any dipping sauce for 12 chicken tenders. He got ruder and I said I am driving back up there. I was tired and it had been a long day already. Did not need or want to drive back up there. But at this point I was mad at his poor attitude to me. Again same statement when I got there and I said how I am supposed to know that what I was provided last time I ordered this same order that that was not your standard. I wont be going back to eat here. Customer service is out the window here.

The people are friendly and take care of the issue if I can catch it before I leave but it’s also a bit ridiculous we can’t get the orders right. Once, twice whatever I get it, things get hectic but almost every time I go Im missing something. Sides, sauces, straws, half of the tenders…. A straw is one thing but the other 3 are super annoying to leave without.
