  The tables and floor are dirty. The service was ok, not great. The beef was overcooked. This place definitely needs some attention.

  Bought the Hamburger Deluxe combo with everything on it. Tasted ok but the lettuce was not much in quantity and looked old and more white than green. Tomatoes were very pale looking (old) and I threw those away. The pickles were ok along with the meat patty. I was very disappointed in this $13 meal. Also it came with a drink so I chose unsweetened tea. I took one sip and spit it out!! It tasted bad and old and threw that in the dumpster. It was the first time I visited this particular Arby's location and it will be my last!!!

  Love the food and Friendly staff. The issue is that 3 out of 4 visits this store is ALMOST ALWAYS out of Arby's sauce. Now if you are a regular, you look forward to the combo of the sandwich and sauce. We shouldn't have to depend on sauce packets to go with the sandwiches. Even the packets are rationed!! I really don't know what the issue is almost always out of sauce. Are they managing the condiments poorly, are they not ordering in time, or are they just being miserly? Time will tell but I think it's time to check out other locations to see if the same practice holds true.... BTW, THE CHERRY TURNOVERS ARE TO DIE FOR!
