  I am beyond upset with the food I received today. My parents went to get us some food since I’m stuck in the hospital after just giving birth to my newborn and I really wanted some Arby’s. My order has always been the same and never changes. This time the cheese cups that were PAID an extra DOLLAR for was a joke. Barely anything in there. Keep in mind we purchased 4. What an absolute mess of whoever is running that because we also received an extra sandwich that wasn’t ours and was not wanted either. The ones we did receive had the incorrect bun on too. The food was cold and not good at all this time for us. A credit of some sort should be offered for this mess.

  Mondays they have a 4/$10 Original Roast Beef Sandwich. A great value for the money.

  People joke about Arby's but i love them! And the actual discount for seniors is much better than most places.

  I just went through the drive thru to order. The sweet girl at the window was apparently the only person working there. She was taking orders, taking payment, cooking and RUNNING the food out to cars that were lined up. The poor girl deserves a raise or at least some help!

  I ordered Arby's roast beef sandwiches. I don't understand why they cannot put Arby's sauce in the bag. I will go to customer care every single time to get my money back because my kid will not eat an Arby's roast beef sandwich without arby sauce. I figured it would just be common sense to just throw arby sauce in an Arby's bag considering the fact that it's called "ARBY'S sauce". Now I have to go get food somewhere else. Smh
