  Ordered eight piece classic Cajun wings. The best part of it was the celery and carrots. Terrible wings, no flavor at all. I will never be back.

  This is the worst review I’ve ever given, and they probably deserve worse. I placed my order online and was informed that it would be ready in 10 minutes. I was 30 minutes away. I called and asked if they could hold off on cooking for 15-20 minutes and was told multiple times that this was not possible, but was told the food would be kept in a “hot box.” When I arrived I was greeted with a “are you picking up” and “what’s your name” while who I assume to be the kitchen staff never broke conversation with the person who grabbed my bag of food sitting on a metal shelf that definitely wasn’t a hot box, set it on the counter and returned to her conversation. Very well, I’ll assume I’m dismissed. Upon arrival to my hotel room I found 5 lukewarm mild wings and 4 lemon pepper wings. I did some quick math and deduced that this only equals 9. I ordered and paid for ten. Fortunately all of my street corn pieces were present but they were so soggy from sitting on a foam clamshell for half an hour on a cold steel shelf that I ate half of one before throwing the order in the trash. Also, no silverware or napkins. Because who needs those to eat wings? I called the store just to see if maybe there is one adult in charge I could speak and listened to an automated system until I lost interest and hung up. Curious since I was the only customer in the store not ten minutes before. This is absolutely the worst customer service I can recall in my life and I’ll be leaving a review to that end on every platform I can find so nobody else wastes their money at this location. Looking through previous reviews, there are similar reviews and clearly management doesn’t care enough to make any changes. I’d advise you to eat anywhere but here.

  I was here for a DoorDash, but I have eaten here before. The food is always great but the reason I’m writing my review today is because of the employee. Jared was so awesome with every single person who came to the door. I really appreciated his enthusiasm and kindness!

  I am truly disappointed with this place. I went with my husband and ordered a sandwich and some chicken wings, but the cashier couldn't even take my order for simple wings. She was more concerned with fixing her eyelashes and sticky hair. I had never been to this place before, and I will never go back. They got my order for the wings wrong, and on top of that, they served them raw. If this makes me sick, I will take action because I can't believe there are more than four people in the kitchen, and they served me raw chicken
