  Overall a nightmare to get a single damn burger. Waited 20 minutes for them to realize they had to make an order. Then proceeded to wait another 10 minutes. I damn near gave up and drove off. Then I asked for ketchup and never got it.

  Leaving home from a football game stopped to grab dinner the manager Elvana was polite as can be what I don't understand is why she had 2 crew members taking a break 2 guys in kitchen 1 person cleaning away and she was running back and forth from drive through and counter. And it was a LINE wrapped around the whole restaurant and 1 person was clocking out when I thought they were going to take my order I understand that labor gets high But this beautiful lady was just running back and forth with what looked like a whole crew of younger members.. everyone in line outside was waiting for fresh things to be dropped I appreciate the freshness but the way she was running around is not acceptable especially when there's a home varsity game in town Never the less KUDOS to her but sadly I hate that for her .. First time stopping at this location and probably won't be back smh Gosh I hope her higher ups know what they have that lady was all over the restaurant doing it all Very taken advantage of

  It was ok. Seemed disorganized like they were not expecting anyone to go inside to order. (Had to order at drive through and pay at a different register) Food was good and made to order.

  Sean at the Silsbee Texas location is great! He's always friendly and attentive. He makes sure the order is correct and super fresh! The Whataburger at the Dowlen location in Beaumont Tx could learn from him.

  We used the app to order instead of going through the drive thru to wait. We were able to get the order a lot faster that way. We selected no onions on all the burgers, and unfortunately, there were extra onions on every burger. Other than that, the food was good and served hot. The service was pleasant and we were in and out in a matter of minutes. I recommend using the app because generally our orders are correct and ready by the time we get there.
