Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Wife always bummed out when receiving order . Last 2 times didn’t receive buffalo sauce and charged .90 each time . This time ticket number 2002310

It does take forever to get your food, but it comes out right, fresh and the employees are super nice

Made a simple order. One meal, gave them the meal number and what drink I wanted. I was ordering in the drive-through and could see literally a dozen employees inside the small restaurant and no other customers besides myself inside or outside of the restaurant. After about 10 to 15 minutes of waiting, a lady came out and gave me only the sandwich no drink, no fries or anything else. I was confused and looked at my receipt and realized they charged me for the sandwich and separately, a drink which ended up costing me more than the entire meal if they had charged me for a meal instead of separating the items. I had to go inside to ask for my drink which defeats the purpose of a drive-through but still was left with no fries because they entered it wrong on the computer. If a dozen employees cannot serve one customer correctly then I don’t have high hopes for future orders so I will not be back. I’m glad that Beaumont has grown to the point where there are lots of options.
Update: also just noticed I didn’t receive a single napkin. I’m surprised they remembered to wrap the sandwich at this point. I can’t wait for these employees to be replaced by robots, then I’ll be back.

me and a friend stop to grab a burger he orders first then i order. he gets his food within a reasonable amount of time.. 25 minutes go by and i still havent recieved my food and customers that came in after me had gotten there food and left.. i decided to just ask for a refund because waiting over half an hour by now for a overpriced burger isnt something anyone would want to do... i waited at the counter for someone to come over to refund my order and the girl that took my order came over and i asked for a refund.. she then says that they are currently making it which i had already been told that twice by 2 people.. i told her i was good i had already waited 20 minutes and just wanted a refund to which she said im about to clock out and hollered for someone else.. this lady asked what i needed told her i needed a refund and she said that they are making it now.. i told her i just want the refund she got who i assume was the manager and thats when the attitude started.. since i couldnt find my reciept they were having issues with this that and another but they were finally able to refund the order. waiting this long for FAST FOOD is kinda crazy.. whataburger wont be getting me or my familys business anymore
