  Honestly I’ve never left a review anywhere before… but I’m just beyond aggravated. I come here 3-4x a week and I’m interrupted while speaking in the drive through every single time. “Is that all?” “Anything else” I feel so rushed and it’s just overwhelming as hell. It’s really not that deep, until it is. Especially because my husband went for me once and mentioned it himself. Patience is a virtue..

  Its good but the employees will get confused if you order two different types of wraps. Last time I went I ordered 1 Caribbean jerk wrap and 1 Baja wrap, now why was my Baja wrap super super spicy just like the jerk wrap? They must've got confused and put the Caribbean jerk sauce on my Baja wrap, I'll just order two of the same next time I go I dont wanna confuse the workers anymore lol And please order enough smoothie cups...its good I guess though

  I love tropical smoothie cafe in other cities, but this Beaumont one does not live up to the other ones I have been too. I usually get a quesadilla and a smoothie. I’ve been to this location at least 5 times and every single time my quesadilla has been lukewarm or cold. The cheese not even melted on it! I started asking for my smoothie without all the extra sugar through the app and there was twice where I guarantee there the normal amount of sugar in there. I’ve had both and I know the difference. Service isn’t great either. They just don’t seem to care.
