  3rd time with order being wrong. Or supreme get regular even though charged for supreme. And that if the order is even close. Once got potato on my taco. I didn't even know there was a such thing. Just be warned fast food in Beaumont is like playing dice. You might get what you want eventually.

  I visited this location on the night of May 2nd 2026 to pick up a delivery order. While waiting, I observed several things, one in particular that was very disgusting! For starters, most of us know that the filthiest thing on the planet is money and the one thing that runs a close second are cell phones. Cell phones have no place in a food preparation environment and are usually banned from those areas at reputable restaurants. Many of the employees back in the food prep area were on their cell phones and frequently checking their cell phones, while wearing what are supposed to be sanitary gloves. Now of course they have on gloves but what good does that do if you are using the gloves to check your phone? It's nasty and should not happen! I'm not sure which one of the individuals was the manager on duty but based on the activities and the lack of care, it appeared that no one was in charge. The worst part: One of the employees, wearing a Taco Bell visor and braids scratched his head with his gloves on and continued to work. He also pulled up his pants (stemming from the fact that he had no belt on and his pants had fallen such that you could see half of his underwear). Not wearing a belt is improper dress code for most establishments and certainly “sagging” while at work is unacceptable, but not on this occasion apparently. This same individual moments later said, “I have to go to the restroom!” He walked right past me with the same gloves on and went into the restroom. Moments later, he came out of the restroom wearing the same gloves and returned directly to his workstation and began preparing food again. (I never lost sight of him after he exited the restroom.) I have a food handler's certification myself but you don't need that to have enough common sense and common decency to know that that is completely unsanitary, gross and should not happen even if there is no supervision. Typically, restaurants have a separate hand washing facility behind the counter and in food prep areas where employees are required to once again wash their hands after leaving the restroom. I don't know if Taco Bell has one or not, but I never saw him wash his hands after leaving the restroom. The management at this location really needs to tighten up on their policies and procedures and be mindful of the fact that people are always watching. But again, even if no one is watching, you should have enough common decency and self-respect to do what's right at all times!

  This Taco Bell always has an issue there’s always some rude employee or missing stuff or food being prepared badly they need to work on whatever is going on here because there should never have this many issues employees not doing their job and the location is always filthy

  Ime and my sister ordered food and she placed orders at the same time and I got my order first and she was supposed to get hers first

  Took me 40 minutes to order my food. Staff said I had to use kiosk because they didn’t have people even though multiple staff were doing nothing. The kiosk didn’t have all of the menu items and I was paying cash so this frustrated me and I ended up having to order the counter anyways. The lady kept messing up my order so it took us forever to get that settled. Then when I got my food everything was thrown in a bag half wrapped my nachos everywhere and all the items were tiny as hell. I’ve always been a big Taco Bell fan and was excited to live so close to one when I moved here. But this place has me avoiding Taco Bell like the plague unless I’m about by parkdale mall.
