  No answer multiple stations down no way to know which works they don’t answer when you press the button they don’t answer at the drive thru worst sonic experience hope they close this one down

  I wanted something quick and delicious. They provided both Nastais, and Kimberly Great customer service with a smile I always tell the truth on reviews OK team y’all continue to keep up the good work ✨😊

  I'd give no stars of possible. Myself and six others sat waiting on them to answer the button calls for 15 straight minutes. All while these folks stood inside laughing and cutting up, and occasionally looking out the window. I don't whats going on at this place but something should be done. One by one we all drove away as there was never an answer to our call buttons. Now if the system was down or something to that nature that would be understandable, however maybe they should inform the customer of the situation.

  I went to this location sonic because I haven’t had sonic in a long time and when I got home, I took out my food which I ordered a double sonic cheeseburger and a small fries, but I had asked them if they can like not give me the cheese, cause I don’t like the cheese and so when I got home, the food is cold the cheese that I asked them to not put in there after I asked them not to put cheese was super cold and stiff. My burger was messy and it’s upside down. I don’t know the fries are super crispy like old fries dark nasty. You bite them and it’s just crumble like chips like no that’s no that’s not how sonic is supposed to be that is crazy. This is the kind of people that y’all have working for y’all’s franchise whatever it’s called making you look bad. Yall need to look into this place seriously because this is ridiculous. You’re OK with charging the price that yall charge but the service& food sucks. I’m sorry I’m just being real. I would ask for my money back but going back to that place will only make me angry smh.

  Fire everyone and close this place down. Can’t even take an order properly. Its funny, for a pull up fast food joint, you’d think someone would answer after 10 minutes when you push the red button. The drive through intercom is also busted and worn down. Not to mention, rumor has it they have red eyed fruit flies swarming the ice cream anyway so some people getting extra protein in their ice cream. Give it a year, that place will either be shut down or traffic will slow way down.
