  Horrible customer service and we ordered drinks but nothing tasted fresh UPDATE: I appreciate the owner's response and willingness to reach out. Therefore, I have given an extra star and do hope that that location would catch up to the standard of other local Sonics.

  Mallory has terrible customer service. I pulled to the speaker after my mobile order to confirm it, she tells me that My shake doesn’t come with wipped cream and so I ask her can I add it separately pay for it separately she ignores me. I sat at the speaker for a couple of minutes with no response so I drove around she comes out to bring me my order. Never acknowledge me asking to add whipped Cream then tells me I cannot do it and if I do pay for it separately, it’ll be $4 I’m not sure if it’s each or Total. Her customer service is terrible. This is the Only Sonic out of all the sonics I’ve been to in Texas, Louisiana Chicago, Atlanta, Florida. The only sonic that has ever denied me of whipped cream. She’s so hateful. She didn’t even do a courtesy but yet I provided them a tip. NEVER AGAIN Btw I thought the blast come with wipped cream and I don’t mind paying for what I want it’s HER Attitude The reason I’ll be taking out the time to contact corporate

  No answer multiple stations down no way to know which works they don’t answer when you press the button they don’t answer at the drive thru worst sonic experience hope they close this one down
