- COChris O'ConnorJun 9, 20263.0I've been to many Landry's owned restaurants, my father is a Landry's select member and I followed suit, its been a while since I've visited Saltgrass but I always had good service, my wife and I had a sitter for the kids (a rare occurrence) and went out for dinner to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, and were seated, 40 minutes went by with not even our drinks being taken, several servers walked by in this time frame. Sure at least one manager walked by, yet no service, I left 3 stars only because when we spoke to the hostess and was informed our table that they sat us at had the server cut for the evening, (how does this happen when you've just been sat) Mrs Nicole immediately took us up, drinks and food were then promptly brought out and the rest of dinner went without a hitch. Thank you Nicole and we look forward to having you as our server once again.
