  I’m sure the foods probably good. I was there over an hour and I never got anything to eat. They told me it was due to the large table of people getting their food first.. that’s cool but I’m literally just one guy trying to get one steak. Literally a rare cut 8oz steak. It takes 3-5 minutes to slap mine together bruh. But over an hour I wait for nothing cause let’s handle this whole table before we get to the rest of anyone else

  We had such a wonderful experience today for lunch. From the moment we walked in, the manager Matthew made us feel welcomed and appreciated, and our waitress Melody went above and beyond for us. She was very knowledgeable about all the items on the menu. And never once did we have to ask for refills. The service was attentive, friendly, and genuine — the kind that truly makes a lunch/dinner memorable. Even though they were in the middle of a lunch rush, Melody was incredibly kind, patient, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the level of customer service was honestly refreshing. It’s rare these days to find a restaurant where both the management and staff work together so seamlessly to create such a positive experience. Thank you both for making our day so enjoyable. We will absolutely be back and will be recommending this restaurant to others.

  This place has gone downhill, regardless what time you order, food should be fresh tasting and up to standards. We went for mothers day yesterday and it was a disaster. After 40 mins of waiting on our food, there server gave me grilled chicken when she remembered it was shrimp as soon as she was about to sit the plate down. So reminded her no extra butter or oil. Just season. This request has been fulfilled here many times with no problem. My brothers plates were wrong also. One had the regular grilled chicken sandwich with just cheese, tomato, lettuce, and pickles. Instead he got one with bacon without lettuce, tomato and pickles, and he dosnt eat pork. My other brothers smashed potatoes wasnt their signature smash, it was just a baked potato that was water log looking smashed. After watching my family eat, I finally got my grilled shrimp, which was loaded with oil and butter after explaining 4 times oils make my stomach hurt. She got the manager and she was just rude. She just huffed and said she would comp my shrimp and rolled her eyes, and said its pre oiled, and said "happy mothers day!" With a sour tone as i tried to explain to her, she wouldnt listen and walked away. What if i wasnt a mother? I had no children with me. Wouldnt let me tell her that i order the shrimp plain all the time.

  I have never eaten here to be honest. But I do Doordash and the service here is absolutely horrendous. The bar tender sees us and we are ignored for a good while even when getting their attention. The tall blonde told me that Doordash was not important. I get it, they don't get tipped, but someone is paying your restaurant to eat. The people are lazy and so rude. This right here made up my mind to not eat here at all. That kind of service is unacceptable. I also notice how they treat one another and it's unacceptable. If you hate your job that much, find a new one.

  Saltgrass is always a winner for me and my family everytime we go but the service gets better every time. Great customer service seems to be losing focus across most companies but Saltgrass remains true. Jordan was our server and she was Amazing 👏🏽 She made sure that everything was 5 star as always. I will be asking for her every time we visit. Keep up the great work Saltgrass. One satisfied Mama
