  I had placed an order through doordash and it had been canceled after it was confirmed and so I called to ask why it was canceled and the woman working there told me to call doordash. So instead I placed the order through the website. It got confirmed, said it was ready and then canceled again. She was aggressive with my husband who went to pick it up and only told us then that she didnt have a cook. I understand being understaffed but being rude and unclear about the situation is not understandable.

  The older black woman who on May 16th at 5pm was racist and rude. My husband dropped me off at the sidewalk and she came running out yelling at us to move our car, which he was already doing. She then yelled my order isn't ready even though I never said who it was for. As I sat and waited, she called out a name when an older white man said he was here for someone else. She started going off on him. Like, what is your problem? As I sat there and continued to wait, a young black woman parked her car on the curb and walked in and she didn't say a word!! Sounds a little racist to me. I will not come back here.

  Every time I buy Pizza Hut they have the food ready fast. Not to mention the amazing deals they have on their app and in person to help everyone out. The Dowlen location has NEVER failed or had long wait times. Fast and Efficient. But we know the slogan is true. Nobody out Pizzas The Hut

  Malcolm always has a smile for you. He's polite and friendly. The Cheesey Alfrado Pasta bowl is always well covered with cheese sauce and the noodles aren't hard and dry like some of the other Pizza Hut stores. The cheesey bread is so good from this store. I drive in from Silsbee to get my pizza here.

  I was not able to get the name of the man who gave me my food, he was a thin black guy with lighter skin i believe, he was extremely kind and very outgoing! He is the only reason i am leaving a review and i hope pizza hut treats him very well. The pizza is always good from here but today the customer service was beyond amazing!
